1. What is Meditation?

Meditation is the first step towards realising that you are already whole and complete.
Your true self is perfect, beautiful, and worthy of love without needing anything added to it.
Yet in our daily lives, we are often expected to fulfil certain roles or adapt to invisible pressures. Over time, these experiences can cause us to lose sight of who we truly are.

Meditation helps you reclaim your awareness and return to your natural state of being.

It allows you to feel joy sincerely, to express it freely, and to recognise what you should focus on in this moment — what you can do, what you cannot do, and what you may need to let go of. Through meditation, you cultivate the ability to act from a place of clarity. You learn to love yourself, to move in harmony with your inner world, and to remember that you are part of nature and the universe itself.

1. 瞑想とは

瞑想は、”すでに満たされている自分”に気づく第一歩です。
本来の自分は、何かを足さなくてもすでに完璧で、美しく、愛されるべき存在です。
ただ私たちは、日々の暮らしの中で都合や役割を求められたり、目に見えない抑圧の中で無意識に生きざるを得ない時間が積み重なり、本来の姿を見失ってしまうことがあります。

瞑想は、意識を取り戻し、自分が自分としてあるべき姿へ戻る行為です。

嬉しいことを素直に嬉しいと感じ、伝え、表現する。意識を集中し、今自分が何をすべきか、何ができるのか、何を手放すべきなのかを純粋に理解し、行動へと移す力が養われていきます。自分を愛し、自分と調和し、自然や宇宙の一部として存在することを取り戻しましょう。
